Shipping Policy for Teal Ayurveda

At Teal Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our standard delivery time is within 3 to 7 working days, starting from the day your order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

We work closely with reliable shipping partners to ensure your products reach you safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Returns

At Teal Ayurveda, a subsidiary of Thavare, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 7days from the date of delivery. If 7days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be returned in the original packaging.

The products include perishable items such as herbal supplements and Ayurveda ingredients specifically designed to benefit sports people. Additionally, any hazardous or flammable materials related to sports and wellness will not be delivered by the company.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [support@tealayurveda.com].

Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering their return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over Rs 500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
